The Third day of Myanmar National League players transfer signing celebration was held in Goal Hotel at Thu Wa Na Stadium. At the celebration, 5 players could be signed.
  Signing clubs are Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C (Sagaing Division), and Ya Da Nar Boung F.C (Mandalay Division). Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C cost 115 lakh for 4 players transfer fee and Ya Da Nar Boung F.C 15 lakh for 1 player. Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C have signed 14 players at the first day of signing celebration. The following are Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C's third signing players.

  Zay Yar Shwe Myay have cost 485 lakh for 18 players transfer fee and among them, each 4 players earns 10 lakh salary. Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C General Manager U Ni Paul said "We hope to bring up to 25 players and we will bring most young players. We will try to develop Myanmar Football status and to be able to born Myanmar International players who will proud of our Myanmar".
  Ya Da Nar Boung F.C signed Yin Min Aung, former Myanmar International keeper from YCDC with transfer fee 15 lakh and salary 5 lakh as first signing player. It took long for 3 days in signing celebration. After the third day signing celebration, Kan Baw Za F.C, Magway F.C, Zay Yar Shwe Myay F.C, Yangon United F.C, Ya Da Na Boung F.C and Delta United F.C, altogether 6 teams could have been brought 83 players with costing of 200 lakh.
